Shipping & Returns


We offer refunds within thirty days of order purchase. Items must be in the same condition as they were bought, or we reserve the right to refuse the refund request. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Items not eligible for returns:

  • Sale or closeout items
  • Custom ordered boots such as those created by Riedell Color Lab or MyBonts
  • Personalized items such as painted helmets, skates or boards. See our Custom Work page for more information.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded at your original payment method.


Currently, we only ship within the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
